These Terms govern your use of NameValet (namevalet.com), operated by World Corporation, 500 Westover Dr #16900, Sanford, NC 27330 USA. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You warrant that you own or have authority to sell every domain you list. Listing a domain you do not own or have authority over is grounds for immediate suspension and removal of all your listings, with no refund.
When a domain you list sells through NameValet, we collect a commission as published on our pricing page. Commission is taken from the sale proceeds; you receive the net.
Domain sales are processed through Escrow.com (or NameValet's own escrow, when available). Domain transfer happens only after escrow funds clear. Escrow.com's terms apply to their portion of the transaction.
We do not allow listings that:
Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. AI credits are non-refundable once used.
You will not abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform, attempt to access other users' accounts, or use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Active listings and pending transactions will be wound down before closure.
NameValet is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
